Webinar on partnership working in mental health research

  • This event has passed.

Join us on Tuesday 22nd November for a webinar on partnership working in mental health research.

Working in partnership with organisations outside academia can create lasting relationships that help your research have an impact.

Whether you partner with a charity, a school, a like-minded business or an organisation that creates content (such as podcasts or videos), working in partnership can benefit everyone involved.

For this #MentalHealthResearchMatters online event, you’ll hear from the eight UKRI networks and a partner organisation.

The speakers will discuss:

  • What they worked on together
  • what went well
  • the challenges they faced and how they overcame them; and
  • share their top tips for partnership working

We want you to leave feeling inspired and more confident in the skills necessary for partnership working. This event is likely to involve breakout room discussions, where you can hear from two of the eight networks in detail, and ask questions directly. We’re still confirming guests and will update the Eventbrite listing as they confirm.

This event will be hosted by Dan Robotham, the deputy director of The McPin Foundation.

The Mental Health Research Matters team are running five online events this autumn. This webinar on partnership working in mental health research is just one of them. Find the others here.
